




























Our counsellors will come into your workplace, or see your employees in our office, if it is preferred, or even speaking to the remote
workers by telephone.
We will talk your employees through their issues, enable them to see the longer term benefits in their career and guiding them to
reach their goals. We can also coach them, enabling them to assert themselves, get more confidence and overcome any issues they
have.
We do not ask you to sign an annual contract, simply call upon us when you need our help, support and guidance. We recommend
that, depending on the issue, you book at least six sessions to fully aid your employees to overcome whatever is causing them upset
and turmoil.
