Time Line Therapy®

Time Line Therapy was developed by Tad James in 1985.

Time Line Therapy is similar to NLP and we believe here at Magnolia House that it helps our clients to make sense of their experiences and change their understanding of how negative emotions and limiting beliefs can affect them. The negativity, beliefs and emotions are stored in the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind then often relives these unresolved negative emotions. These negative emotions often remain intact until the underlying issue is resolved.

The unconscious mind begins to take direction and follows the path of least resistance when making change.

At Magnolia House we work with our clients to teach them a collection of techniques to allow them to gain emotional control over their life. Strong emotions such as anger, guilt, depression, sadness, anxiety and chronic fear can often become a barrier to living the life we want.

Examples of limiting beliefs are: “I’m useless”, “I’ll never be able to do it” or “I can’t”.

These limiting beliefs are created in the mind. The belief is often so strong it stops us from creating the full potential of your life. Using Time Line Therapy we can help our clients to eliminate these limiting beliefs and move forwards.

The results can help to create a positive and bright future by releasing unresolved, negative emotions that can cause constant sabotage within the mind.
