Children, Teenagers and Young Adults

We understand that at times life can be tough and that we don't always have somebody who we can talk to or fully open up to. Whatever the problem, no matter how big or small it may seem, we can help!  We do not judge, we do not blame and we do not tell you want to do. We are are there purely for YOU.

We are not psychologists or shrinks and think of the term "therapy" in a different way.  "Therapy" in the dictionary means "treatment" and we believe therapy is just a way of treating yourself kindly or being good to yourself.  We are good at listening and helping you to work through your troubles, to keep you moving forwards in life to where it is you really want to be.

if you are responsible for a child, teenager or young adult who needs counselling support or are a young person who would to talk through your concerns, please contact Jacquelyn Clarke in confidence on 07916 178823 or email Jacquelyn:

Young People Testimonials

Young Person at the Training Organisation

January 2012: “Counselling has given me confidence; it has helped me cope with life and the difficulties that it brings. It has helped me to see the positive memories of my Grandma and G.Grandma rather than the last memory of them. It’s been a massive stable rock for me which I needed. I know that no matter what, I’m never going to be judged here which is very important to me”.

Jacquelyn has worked with many young people, building a trusting relationship with them, she is empathic, professional and approachable."

Skills for Growth

October 2013 Jackie has been working with our Charity for many years offering a highly flexible and professional counselling service.  Her gentle and supportive manner has made her a huge asset to an organisation working with young people with complex lives.  Jackie has made a huge contribution to our efforts to retain young people on courses and in employment who would otherwise have struggled to maintain engagement in these positive opportunities.  I cannot recommend Jackie highly enough.”
